How does the consultation work?
A free 30-minute phone consultation to understand your space, goals, timeline, and desired asthetic. You’ll then receive a clear plan and estimate before booking. Bookings are secured with a £65 deposit which will be deducted from your invoice.
How long does a typical session take?
We will advise how much time is likely needed once we've had the initital consultation call, and outlined the main areas of focus.
Do you remove rubbish or take items away?
We don't offer house clearance. However one carload of rubbish can be taken to the tip if required. This is an extra charge of £65.
Are you accredited or insured?
Yes, Organised Haven is an APDO member and fully insured for professional organising, decluttering and home staging (Professional Indemnity and Public Liability).
Is this suitable if I struggle to maintain organisation?
Yes the Monthly 'Refresh your Home' service will maintain your organised home.
